Built an end-to-end agency OS that automated delivery from client onboarding to content generation and review.

Multi-tenant platform: AI content pipelines, SEO keyword generation, social listening across 6+ platforms.

Fede built the entire agency operating system from scratch: client onboarding forms that auto-triggered context extraction, a 6-stage keyword research pipeline, a 5-stage blog generation engine, and a client review portal with approval workflows.

Social listening crawlers covered Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, Amazon, and Gutefrage. The platform served multiple B2B clients simultaneously with zero manual intervention in the content pipeline. No external capital raised.

Production CV pipeline

End-to-end vision system for Russia's largest hypermarket chain. Self-improving training loop.

Vlad built the full system on edge devices with a closed learning loop.

The pipeline ran end-to-end: collect data from store cameras, pre-label with the model, human revision for edge cases, retrain, deploy updated model to edge devices, monitor performance, repeat.

Deployed at Russia's largest hypermarket chain. The self-improving loop meant the system got more accurate over time without manual retraining. Vlad owned the POC and full production rollout.
